Ocean Fighter sold

08. December:

ERRV Ocean Fighter, built in 1980, is sold out of the offshore market. The price is in line with book and market value. [read more]

Ocean Falcon launched

07. November:

Ocean Falcon was successfully launched 6 November at 1546 at Zamakona Shipyard in Pasia, Spain. The vessel will continue the final outfitting alongside, and later testing, until delivery in Q2 2015. Ocean Falcon will operate from Aberdeen on contract for Shell.       [read more]

The naming ceremony for Ocean Star took place in Bergen’s inner harbour, during the Tall Ships Races event, which in 2014 was a part of the Norwegian Constitution’s 200th anniversary celebration. Naming Ceremony Ocean Art

01. September:

Ocean Art, built at Kleven Myklebust and decorated by M-City and his team, has been named in Stavanger by Godmother Anne M. Sakkestad.  Buøy Skolekorps played marches when people gathered, and played the Norwegian National Anthem after the ceremony.
