Our newest ERRV Ocean Marlin, built at Zamakona Shipyard, San Sebastian, Spain,  has been named in Stavanger by Godmother Anni H. Atlantic Offshore AS – Completed tap-issue and buy-back of bonds

Atlantic offshore has completed a NOK 100 million tap issue in ATOFF03 (ISIN NO 0010697956, maturity 16 May 2018) at price 105.75. Ocean Searcher sold

Our MRV Ocean Searcher, build in 1976, is now sold to Denmark for recycling. She has served us well for many years, and was the frontrunner for newbuildning Ocean Osprey at the Shell UK operated Gannet field.   [read more]
